Infant - free of charge if seated on an adult's lap, one infant per adult. Children under the age of two may not be allocated a seat. Unaccompanied Minors may travel, age 7 - 12 years inclusive (bookings for Unaccompanied Minors must be done via the Reservations Office - 0800 505 005)

*Due to Airport regulations we are no longer able to carry large dogs. All dogs must be caged from the time they enter the Airport; the cage must be able to fit into our luggage hold. Please phone 0800 505 005 for dimensions.

Booking Conditions

Payment	We accept Visa and MasterCard. Payment must be made at time of booking. We do not accept Cheques.
Baggage allowance	Sounds Air will guarantee to carry 15 kg per person. There will be a charge of $3.00 per kg in excess of 20 kg per person. **Sounds Air does not guarantee carriage of excess baggage (subject to space and weight availability)** Please note: It is not possible to take bikes, pushchairs or any other items of bulky luggage on the morning Wellington to Blenheim or Wellington to Nelson flights, or on the Wellington-Kaikoura-Wellington route.
Checkin	30 minutes prior to departure, Shuttle bus in Picton departs 15 minutes prior to checkin time Wellington - go directly to Gate 4 at Wellington Airport Picton - Picton Airport (8km south of Picton on SH1) Blenheim- Woodbourne Airport Sounds Air desk Kaikoura - Kaikoura Airport (8km south of Kaikoura township on SH1) Nelson - Nelson Aero Club, McLarens Drive, off Trent Drive, Nelson Airport
Picton Shuttle	Shuttle provided between Picton Airport and Picton or Waikawa Bay. Shuttle to be booked at time of reservation. The cost of this service is $5 each way. Shuttle bus departs 15 minutes prior to checkin time.
